Cancellation policy
Bjorem Digital offers both automatically renewing Annual Subscriptions and non-renewing Access Passes. Please review the terms of your selected option below.
Annual Subscriptions
Annual Subscriptions automatically renew every 12 months until canceled. By purchasing an Annual Subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method on file for each annual renewal.
You may cancel at any time before your next renewal date through your membership account or by contacting us. When you cancel:
- You will not be charged for another year
- Your current membership will remain active through the end of your paid access period
- Your access to the Digital Downloads Library and member benefits will end when that period expires
- Your locked-in subscription rate will be forfeited. If you subscribe again in the future, the current subscription price will apply
Cancellation does not result in a refund for the current membership period.
Non-Renewing Access Passes
365-Day Access Passes, Gift Access Passes, and Student / Recent Grad Passes are one-time purchases and do not automatically renew.
Access automatically ends when the stated access period expires. No cancellation is necessary, and your payment method will not be automatically charged again.
If you would like to continue using Bjorem Digital after your pass expires, you may purchase another eligible membership or access pass at the price available at that time.
How to Manage or Cancel Your Membership
