Important Subscription & Digital Access Notice
Annual Subscriptions automatically renew every 12 months.
By purchasing an Annual Subscription, you authorize Bjorem Digital to automatically charge your payment method at the then-applicable renewal date each year until you cancel.
Your Annual Subscription rate is locked in for as long as your subscription remains continuously active. If you cancel and later resubscribe, the current subscription price at that time will apply.
You may cancel your Annual Subscription at any time before your next renewal date to prevent the next annual charge. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not immediately terminate access. You will continue to have access through the end of your current paid membership period.
365-Day Access Passes, Gift Access Passes, and Student / Recent Grad Passes do not automatically renew.
Access ends at the conclusion of the applicable access period unless a new pass is purchased. Future purchases are subject to the price in effect at that time.
1. Overview
Welcome to Bjorem Digital. The terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to Bjorem Digital. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Bjorem Digital website, Digital Downloads Library, membership services, products, features, and related services ("Services").
By visiting, purchasing from, creating an account with, or otherwise using Bjorem Digital, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use the Services.
2. Membership & Digital Access
Bjorem Digital provides eligible users with access to a library of downloadable digital resources.
The contents of the library will change over time. We may add, update, replace, reorganize, or discontinue individual resources at our discretion. Membership does not guarantee that any particular resource will remain available indefinitely or that a specific number of new resources will be added during any particular period.
Access is tied to the individual account associated with the purchase or authorized gift recipient and may not be transferred or shared unless expressly permitted under a separate multi-user license.
Annual Subscription
The Annual Subscription provides access to the Digital Downloads Library for recurring 12-month membership periods.
Annual Subscriptions automatically renew each year until canceled. Your payment method will be charged automatically at each renewal.
Your subscription price is locked in for as long as the same subscription remains continuously active. If you cancel and later rejoin, you will be subject to the membership price available at the time you resubscribe.
365-Day Access Pass
The 365-Day Access Pass is a one-time purchase providing 365 days of access. It does not automatically renew.
At the end of the 365-day period, access will expire. If you choose to purchase another pass, the current price at the time of repurchase will apply.
Gift Access Pass
Gift access provides the designated recipient with access for the period stated at purchase. Gift passes do not automatically renew and do not create a recurring charge for the purchaser.
Student / Recent Grad Pass
Student / Recent Grad Passes provide eligible graduate students with access for one year. They do not automatically renew. Students who remain eligible after their access expires may reapply to purchase another pass.
3. Cancellation
Annual subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time through the available account management tools or by contacting us for assistance.
Cancellation must occur before the applicable renewal date to prevent the next recurring charge.
When an Annual Subscription is canceled, access remains available through the end of the already-paid membership period. No additional annual charges will be made unless the user subscribes again.
Canceling a membership does not revoke the license to materials legitimately downloaded during an active membership period, provided those materials continue to be used in accordance with these Terms and our License & Usage Policy.
4. Digital Products & Refunds
Because Bjorem Digital provides immediate access to digital products and downloadable materials, purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been granted, except where otherwise required by law or expressly provided in our Refund Policy.
Please review your selected membership or access option carefully before completing your purchase.
Failure to use, access, or download resources during an active membership period does not extend the membership period or entitle the purchaser to a refund.
5. Accounts & Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and protecting your login credentials.
Membership accounts are intended for the authorized individual user only. You may not share login credentials or allow another person to use your account to access or download library resources.
You are responsible for activity occurring through your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access when we reasonably believe an account is being shared, transferred, misused, or used in violation of these Terms.
6. License & Permitted Use
Purchasing a membership or access pass provides a license to use Bjorem Digital resources. It does not transfer copyright, ownership, or intellectual property rights.
Unless otherwise expressly stated, all Bjorem Digital Downloads Library resources are licensed for single-user use. The license belongs only to the individual who purchased or was authorized to receive access.

Print pages for homework, home practice, or individual client use

Use resources during in-person therapy, teletherapy, classroom instruction, and home programs

Continue personally using materials legitimately downloaded during your active access period, subject to these license terms
You May Not

Share, email, upload, copy, or distribute digital files to others

Share your account or login credentials

Store resources on shared drives, shared folders, public websites, or other locations accessible by unauthorized users

Share resources with colleagues, departments, clinics, schools, or districts

Print copies for other professionals to use independently

Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or give away resources

Modify resources for resale or redistribution

Translate resources and distribute or sell translated versions

Circumvent access controls or otherwise obtain or distribute materials outside your authorized license
One license is required per user.
If multiple clinicians, educators, staff members, students, or other users need access, please contact us about team, clinic, graduate program, or other multi-user licensing options.
7. Copyright & Intellectual Property
All resources, downloads, illustrations, text, graphics, branding, designs, website content, and other materials made available through Bjorem Digital are owned by or licensed to Bjorem Digital/Bjorem Speech Publications and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
All rights not expressly granted under these Terms are reserved.
Unauthorized copying, sharing, reproduction, distribution, resale, or other use may result in termination of access and may violate applicable intellectual property laws.
8. Member Feedback & Resource Requests
Eligible members may have access to features that allow them to submit resource requests, suggest edits or alternate versions, vote on ideas, and view planned or potential future resources.
Submitting an idea or request does not guarantee that it will be created, accepted, or released.
By submitting suggestions, ideas, corrections, or other feedback, you give Bjorem Digital permission to use that feedback to develop, modify, improve, or create products and services without compensation or obligation to you.
9. Pricing, Promotions & Member Perks
Except for the locked rate applicable to continuously active Annual Subscriptions, prices, promotions, discounts, access-pass pricing, and member perks may change over time.
Member benefits such as promotional codes, shipping discounts, or other offers may be subject to eligibility requirements, minimum purchases, geographic restrictions, expiration dates, or other conditions stated with the applicable offer.
Member perks have no cash value and may not be sold or transferred unless expressly permitted.
10. Educational & Clinical Use
Bjorem Digital resources are educational and clinical support materials. They are not intended to replace professional judgment, individualized assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, or other services provided by an appropriately qualified professional.
Users are responsible for determining whether a resource is appropriate for a particular learner, client, classroom, or situation and for using materials within their own professional scope and applicable requirements.
11. Availability of Services
We work to keep Bjorem Digital and its resources available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, technical issues, third-party services, internet outages, or circumstances outside our control.
We may modify, update, reorganize, replace, or discontinue portions of the Services or individual resources at any time.
12. Third-Party Services & Links
Bjorem Digital may use or link to third-party platforms, tools, payment processors, community features, or other services.
Your use of third-party services may also be subject to the applicable provider's terms and privacy policies. Bjorem Digital is not responsible for third-party websites, services, content, or functionality outside our control.
13. Prohibited Uses
You may not use Bjorem Digital or its Services:

To violate intellectual property or other legal rights

To distribute malicious software or interfere with website operation

To scrape, systematically download, copy, extract, or reproduce library content

To circumvent membership, authentication, download, or other access controls

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bjorem Digital and its Services are provided "as is" and "as available."
We do not guarantee that the Services will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or suitable for every user's particular needs.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bjorem Digital and its affiliates, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Services.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.
16. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts or access to the Services when these Terms, our licensing requirements, or applicable law are violated.
Termination resulting from misuse, unauthorized sharing, copyright infringement, or other violations does not grant permission to continue possessing, sharing, or using materials outside the scope of the license originally granted.
Provisions concerning intellectual property, licensing, limitations of liability, and other provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
17. Privacy
Personal information collected through Bjorem Digital is handled according to our Privacy Policy [LINK].
Because our website and commerce services are powered by Shopify, certain information may also be processed by Shopify and other service providers necessary to operate the Services.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes to our Services, policies, legal requirements, or business practices.
The most current version will be posted on this page. Where required by applicable law, we will provide notice of material changes.
19. Governing Law
These Terms and any separate agreements through which we provide Services will be governed by applicable laws in the jurisdiction where Bjorem Digital is headquartered, without limiting any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
